  Applications for accommodation beginning June, July or August 2027 are now open.

  Applications are not first-come, first-served. Applying earlier does not increase your chances of receiving an offer.

Lease Options

Rates start at US$1,795/month and include all utilities and weekly cleaning.
Electricity is included up to a generous allowance suitable for normal residential use.

Priority is given to applicants leasing for their full remaining time in Grenada. Renewal fees may apply, and renewal rates are not guaranteed.
