Lease Options

Rates start at US$1,765/month and include all utilities and weekly cleaning.
Electricity is included up to a generous allowance suitable for normal residential use.

Priority is given to applicants leasing for their full remaining time in Grenada. Renewal fees may apply, and renewal rates are not guaranteed.

April start dates are limited and managed via the standby list.
July or August 16–18 month leases are typically the best fit for April intake students.
