Lease Options

Prices start at US$1765 per month and include all utilities (up to 400 Kwh of electricity. This covers the needs of most of our tenants), and weekly cleaning.

Priority is given to applicants applying for a lease for their entire time left in Grenada. Fees may apply to renew a lease. Prices are not guaranteed to stay the same on a renewed lease.

Prices - This is a for a Cat 1 room, single occupancy.

All rooms have a TV in the living room space. Level 4 & 5 rooms have an additional TV placed in the bedroom.
