Lease Options

Rates start at US$1,765/month and include utilities (up to 400 kWh of electricity, sufficient for most tenants) and weekly cleaning.

Priority is given to applicants leasing for their full remaining time in Grenada. Renewal fees may apply, and renewal rates are not guaranteed.

Prices below are for Cat 1 rooms (single occupancy).
