Availability

All rooms are currently booked until December 31st 2024. Click here to join a waitlist should a room open up.

All current tenants have priority to sign a new lease for January 2025 until August 31st 2024. We will not know January 2025’s availability until September 2024. If you are interested in securing a room for January 2025, your only option is to click here and complete the application form.

Lease Options

Prices include all utilities (up to 400 Kwh of electricity. This covers the needs of most of our tenants), and weekly cleaning.

Priority is given to applicants applying for a lease for their entire time left in Grenada. Fees may apply to renew a lease. Prices are not guaranteed to stay the same on a renewed lease.

Prices - This is a for a Cat 1 room, single occupancy.

4 semesters -

  • 24 months - Jan 1st to Dec 31st/July 1st to June 30th - $1765/mth

  • 23 months - Aug 1st to June 30th/July 1st to May 31st - $1835/mth

  • 22 months - Aug 1st to May 31st - $1915/mth

3 semesters -

  • 18 months - Jan 1st to June 30th/July 1st to Dec 31st - $1765/mth

  • 17 months - Jan 1st to May 31st/Aug 1st to Dec 31st - $1860/mth

2 semesters

  • 12 months - Jan 1st to Dec 31st/July 1st to June 30th - $1765/mth

  • 11 months - Aug 1st to June 30th/July 1st to May 31st - $1920/mth

  • 10 months - Aug 1st to May 31st - $2105/mth

1 semester
